Status: 1st prize in prequalified competition 2022

The building is located on the border of Urriðaholt, a large-scale urban extension on the outskirts of Reykjavík, and the Heiðmörk Nature Reserve. The project includes 30 flexible apartments, a landscaped garden, grade level- and underground parking. The building will be clad in precast elements with a living organic surface, designed by artist Egill Sæbjörnsson.
